Privacy policy

The data controller is Margxt, the site's publisher, who can be reached at contact@margxt.fr. Information about the publisher and the hosting provider is set out in the legal notice.

The Pokémon you select, the associated options and your notes are saved in your browser's local storage, so that your list is still there on your next visit.

This list is kept in your browser only: it is not saved on any server. You can erase it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

The site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure its traffic and understand how it is used. What is recorded includes the pages viewed, the date and length of the visit, the referring page or search engine, and technical information about your browser, your device and your IP address.

This data is only used to produce traffic statistics. The site displays no advertising, carries out no profiling and no automated decision-making, and sells no data.

Google acts as a processor and may transfer this data outside the European Union, in particular to the United States, under the safeguards provided by the Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses.

You can object to this audience measurement by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, by turning on your browser's tracker blocking, or by refusing cookies in its settings.

Google Analytics sets two cookies on your device, _ga and _ga_ followed by the measurement ID, to tell visitors apart and reconstruct sessions. They serve audience measurement only and last two years.

Your list preferences, on the other hand, are kept in local storage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to the server. You can refuse or delete cookies from your browser settings: the site stays fully functional without them.

Some optional features display content hosted by third parties, in particular a YouTube video and a game embedded from itch.io. This content is only loaded if you open it, and its providers may then set their own trackers, subject to their respective policies.

Your list data stays in your browser until you erase it. Traffic data is kept by Google for the period set in the Analytics property settings, up to fourteen months.

The processing described above is based on the publisher's legitimate interest in providing the requested service, keeping it working properly, measuring its traffic in order to improve it, and protecting it against abuse.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. You can exercise them by writing to contact@margxt.fr.
